Refund policy

We’re all about making sure you love what you ordered, and we’re confident you’ll be thrilled with your new goodies! However, if something doesn’t quite hit the mark, we’ve got your back. You can return eligible, unworn, and unwashed items for a refund or exchange within 14 business days of the product shipping.

Here’s the Scoop

Returns:

  • Returns must be unused, unworn in brand-new condition, and have any tags still attached to be eligible. No marks, makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, smoke, or pet hair, etc. PSA: Any alterations to the item will void our return policy.
  • Once your return is delivered back to our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and process it. Please allow 4-5 business days from delivery for your return to be processed.
  • Shipping costs, discounted products (Final Sale items), and any redeemed gift cards are non-refundable.
  • A $12 refund fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose store credit, we’ll waive this fee.
  • Do not ship the package using your own label, we will send you one to print. 
  • Once your refund is processed, your bank might take a little extra time to post the funds. If you have any questions about this, give your bank a shout.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Got something that’s not up to par? Let us know within 5 days of receiving your item by emailing us with your order number and some photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to sort it out for you!

Important:
If an item doesn’t meet the return criteria or is in unsellable condition, we’ll return it to you without issuing store credit.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Purchases using gift cards are not eligible for refunds or for store credit. 

To Initiate a Return:

To start a return please send an email within 10 days of the item being shipped. Address the email to hello@lavandaco.com and include the following information:

  • Your name and Order Number
  • If it is a damaged item, please be sure to specify what is wrong and include pictures
  • Specify your preference, store credit or refund to the original payment method - remember refunds will incur a $12 refund fee
